Shipping Policy

Every single one of our items is hand made from scratch at our studio. Each item has it's own processing time and this can take from anywhere from 2-10 weeks depending on the item you have ordered. Please check your item listing for the processing time. For orders that fall within this time-frame, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will see what we can do for you. Please also be aware that these times may vary during busy periods.

Gift boxes are also hand made to order and take a minimum of 48 hours to produce.

All our items are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour delivery. Once shipping has been processed, your order will be updated with a tracking number. For any questions, please email us with your order number at info@thewolfworkshop.co.uk

Return & Exchange Policy

Our items are all entirely made-to-order especially for each customer and therefore we are unable to accept returns. We can only offer exchanges or repairs for construction issues, which is only approved at our discretion. 

Wolf Workshop orders through an extensive quality control check of each item prior to shipping.  In the event of an item that arrives to you damaged or misrepresented from the product ordered, please contact info@thewolfworkshop.co.uk immediately after you have received the order.

For workshop bookings and gift vouchers, please contact us directly for any exchanges or refunds. All bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit and any cancellations must be made within 48 hours prior to your appointment for your booking to be transferable.
